September in a Nutshell

That’s a Wrap!

The end of September is here, and already there are glimpses of Christmas decorations and reminders of the new year ahead. Social media is buzzing with posts about 2025 planners and holiday ideas. Am I the only one not quite ready for all of that? There are still three full months left in the year, and I’m content to savour them. I plan to take full advantage of this time, squeezing in as many books as I can before thinking about what’s to come in 2025.

I’m thrilled to be twenty-three books ahead of schedule in my Goodreads reading challenge, which means I’ll definitely exceed my goal of 100 books this year. It’s even more exciting to see that I’ve already read over 30,000 pages! For someone who considers themselves a slow reader, I’m pretty proud of that.

Blog posts were a bit light this month, but I aim to share more in October. I did manage to add twelve new reviews to the blog, so if you missed them, here’s a recap:

MY BOOK OF THE MONTH

While I usually choose a new release for my book of the month, I’m making an exception this time. The best book I read in September was The Night Stalker by Chris Carter. This intense, pulse-pounding thriller grabs you from the very first page and refuses to let go. Detective Robert Hunter is back in this dark and chilling third instalment, and once again, Carter proves he’s a master of disturbing, intricately plotted crime fiction.

Thank you so much for visiting the blog and reading my reviews. Your support means the world to me. I hope you’ve enjoyed the content this month and found some new additions for your TBR. If you have, I’d love to hear about it! Feel free to leave a comment below. Until next time… Happy Reading!

Feel free to share! Sharing is Caring!
