The finale to A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder series. By the end of this mystery series, you’ll never think of good girls the same way again…

Pip is about to head to college, but she is still haunted by the way her last investigation ended. She’s used to online death threats in the wake of her viral true-crime podcast, but she can’t help noticing an anonymous person who keeps asking her: Who will look for you when you’re the one who disappears?

Soon the threats escalate and Pip realizes that someone is following her in real life. When she starts to find connections between her stalker and a local serial killer caught six years ago, she wonders if maybe the wrong man is behind bars.

Police refuse to act, so Pip has only one choice: find the suspect herself—or be the next victim. As the deadly game plays out, Pip discovers that everything in her small town is coming full circle… and if she doesn’t find the answers, this time she will be the one who disappears…

Official Summary

04 May 2023

This book takes place a couple of weeks after the second one. You follow Pip as she is dealing with her PTSD after the traumatic events of the second book. Pip also realises she has a stalker and that stalker could potentially be a serial killer. However, that serial killer was arrested and is still in jail. You see as Pip has to solve yet another case as the cops are as useless as they were in the last two books.

I loved how there were things from even the beginning of the book that tied into the last one. I found with the second book, I had a hard time remembering what had happened in the first book after some time between reading them. However, the second book really stuck with me so I found it easy to remember, who’s who and what had happened.

This book takes a turn in the middle, that I never saw coming. I mean that plot twist comes out of nowhere. I was not expecting it and I genuinely thought it was totally out of character for Pip to do what she did. I can’t believe I started this series in February of last year… and I am only finishing this series now.

I am honestly sort of sad that I have to say goodbye to these characters. I did love Pip and my heart broke for her in this book. Ravi is still as adorable as he is in the other two books. I do wish I could have more of them as these characters were so amazingly written and I honestly just want to see them happy.

Overall this series is amazing! I could not praise it enough, all three books in this series were five-star reads for me. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a dark yet fun thriller series.

Kill Joy

Pippa Fitz-Amobi is not in the mood for her friend’s murder mystery party. Especially one that involves 1920s fancy dress and pretending that their town, Little Kilton, is an island called Joy. But when the game begins, Pip finds herself drawn into the make-believe world of intrigue, deception and murder.

But as Pip plays detective, teasing out the identity of the killer clue-by-clue, the murder of the fictional Reginald Remy isn’t the only case on her mind …

Find out where it all began for Pip in this prequel to the best-selling A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder and Good Girl, Bad Blood.
