June In a Nutshell

THAT’S A WRAP!

We’re halfway through the year! How’s your reading challenge going? I’m happy to report that despite interruptions from my day job, I’m ahead of schedule with my reading. I’m currently on book number sixty-eight for the year. With a little effort, I might not only reach my goal but possibly beat my record. Fingers crossed!

June was a great reading month, adding fourteen new reviews to the blog. Have you seen them? If not, here’s an overview of the reviews we shared in June, with links to the full reviews if you missed them.

BOOK OF THE MONTH

Choosing just one was tough, as five books I read this month earned a five-star rating. These were a mix of old and new releases, each worthy of the title. But there can only be one, so this month it’s Alex Finlay’s *If Something Happens to Me*.

I also urge you to add *The Grass Widow* to your TBR. This book deserves more attention on social media, and I highly recommend it. It’s a thoroughly enjoyable read that combines sharp humour with a well-constructed mystery. Vanessa Edwards has crafted a story that is both entertaining and thought-provoking, with a cast of characters who are as flawed as they are intriguing.

I loved sharing my reviews with you and look forward to hearing your thoughts. Feel free to leave a comment below. Thank you to Random Things Tours and NetGalley for the amazing reads. I have some fantastic books lined up for July, so keep visiting! Until next time…. Happy Reading!

Feel free to share! Sharing is Caring!
